Old farmhouse without a Farm!
Great place to stay. Run by Sue and Adrian. Lovely place adorned with Adrian's pottery. Very convenient for St. Ives......catch a bus from outside and so avoid parking issues and costs. This couple really care about what they do and they do it really well.

Nice property...home from home!
Great stay and friendly lady. Lovely breakfast. Pretty barn conversion. Clean rooms, well presented. Warm property with super hot shower. Property on a sharp bend so can be easily missed and a bit of manouvering required to get out of the drive as pretty tight gap. Beach nearby by car or scenic walk on the coastal path to appreciate stunning location and coves. Near St.Ives and train station and local buses nearby. Could do with a roller blind on shower/toilet door for privacy as the Hayloft is a split level property with 2 double beds and we stayed here with our daughter.

We stayed here when we attended a friends wedding and Adrian & Su were most helpful! From being flexible with our check in to providing a late morning coffee for our sensitive heads the next morning, Will definitely stay here again!

Cornish break
Found a real gem in the Cornish village of Lelant. 15 mins into St Ives using the local train service taking in the magnificent coastal views. Sue provided us with a lovely farmhouse breakfast and comfortable accommodation. We would certainly return.

Can recommend
We found it an ideal place to stay, with very welcoming hosts. The name implies a place standing outside the village, but it is right in the centre of the village, on the main road, but as the rooms were at the back, we heard no traffic noise at all. The room was self-contained, opening right off the courtyard where our car was parked, with a picnic table beside our door. My wife enjoyed doing Tai Chi in the courtyard, and wished that she had brought her yoga mat to do yoga in the spacious en-suite. My wife enjoyed the 5 mile walk into St Ives along the coast path, whilst I, less fit, took the bus, which passed the door. We found the pub opposite, The Badger Inn, quite adequate for an evening meal, but be warned, it gets very busy. We were happy to eat in the garden, but others who wanted an inside table, and had not booked, were being quoted a two hour wait. One of the best B&B's in which we have stayed, and I am sure we will return.
