The hotel is a convenient location in central Jakarta, about 45 minutes from airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly in general, and in securing transportation. Nice rooftop restaurant with great views!

Overall I enjoyed the stay for 2 nights as staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Great place for airport train as station literally beside it. Even the big shopping mall is like 10 mins away. View from rooftop day or night is lovely to see but if you need to order food here as better to go to mall with their array of restaurants as better value unless they change the menu or be more competitive in pricing. Room was clean and comfy so overall I would give it a 7 but would be an 8/9 if food was better (outside breakfast times)

We enjoyed our stay, we were on Junior suite room, the room is very nice, has city views. The only thing we were little bit disappointed was, no one let us know that the breakfast has been relocated to the reception, it was a bit crowded, were seating at the sofa sharing the tables with others
