The hotel was located in the best location! We had a grocery store, pharmacy, money exchange, 1min in walking distance, the nightlife was to the right of the hotel also in walking distance. Rooms where clean - but hallways and common areas had a lot of wear and tear / dirty / dusty / trash in corners, etc... They enforced a local tax that was double the 60 pesos noted in the hotels.com confirmation email, despite a vigorous protest they would not back down and we were forced to pay it. Their excuse was that Hotels.com listed the tax wrong and we should have booked directly with them...
