Would recommend
The hotel itself was average, quite a small room but other larger rooms were avilable. TV signal temperamental and shower was small. Bad stuff over the hotel is definitely somewhere I would recommend, service was excellent, delicious breakfast, friendly atmosphere, near team and bus routes, close to beach, pleasure beach and tower. Parking was a bit of a pain. Would visit this hotel in future so thumbs up from the 4 of us who attended.

our stay was average. had to ask for toilet roll has there was none. double matress was uncomfortable. my son and daughter-in-law could not move in the bed without rolling into one another. new matress required urgently. couls not stay for a weeks holiday but ok for one night stay over. with a little bit of thought it could be a better hotel.

Not the best of B&B's
We just stayed the one night as we were there just for the football game. From what we saw the room wasnt in the best condition, dust on mostly everything, cracks in the walls, filthy skirting boards in the bathroom, tv arial was ripped apart, window sills dirty. Over night im not sure if the heating was on or off but was very cold. The bloke that runs it was a very nice person, helped with anything we needed. The hotel couldnt be placed in a better area, nice little quiet side street, not far from the town, with little shops, restaurants, takeaways etc around the area. Two streets away from blackpools football ground. So overall it isnt to bad for the price, we just expected abiy more.
