I arrived late in the evening, the room assigned had a strong noise from the air conditioning even when it was switched off: I went down and then up with the girl at the reception, she realized the issue, we went down to change the room. The new room had no electricity, I went down explaining the situation; the lady came to the room, she realized the problem and changed once again the room. The third room (after almost 30 minutes wasted) was fine but in the night there was a strong noise from outside so don't expect to sleep well! They had zero flexibility about check out time.

Ibis Styles Wien is e beautiful colorful hotel with clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Mind you that it is not in the centre of Vienna but the connections with the metro is fast and they run every 3 to 4 minutes. The metro prices are also very cheap so you can move very easy through Vienna. So you get an excellent hotel for a good price.

Comfortable and eco friendly
Comfortable stay with functioning AC! This was the only hotel of the 3 we stayed in Vienna during our travels that actually educated guests about how city water is brought in from the Alps and how the tap water is the best in taste and quality. We had a lower floor so street noise (sirens) was some nuisance overnight despite the soundproof rooms. Breakfast included and tasty typically Austrian fare.
