good for people with low standards for a hotel
It's a good cost-benefit hotel, however it may be more appropriate for teenagers and it's not good for single women. The hotel is located in the garden of a hard-core pub. Thus, there is always drunk and drugged fellows around there. The room itself was more or less clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was really dirty. The internet doesn't work in the room, only in the pub' surrounds. There is no breakfast available. However, I didn't have bed bugs in my room as it was reported from others guests before. Considering the price of the hotel, I would recommend it for a person who doesn't have high standards for a hotel.

Dirty and dusty
The room was dirty with cob-weds in every corner. The tv didn't work as no one could be bothered to replace the remote batteries and was covered in dust, which was right above my bed. The bath had clumps of dirt which were just lying all over the base, so clear that it wasn't cleaned between guests. The whole place had cracked tiles and just didn't look clean. We all left without taking a shower because we just couldn't face slepping in that bath. It was a cheap stay, but when we all have a bad nights sleep because you don't feel clean and comfortable in a room, it ain't worth it.

Convenient but pricey...
Checked in to a very noisy bar with some vocal locals, went into the room and it was clean but out dated. There were some patches on the wall that needed painting and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom itself was lovely and modern which made the room look worse in comparison. Tv worked fine but wifi did not. Kettle was full of limescale so we actually bought some descaler to sort it out! Bed was comfy but overall for the £65 per room it was pricey and that did not include breakfast. Staff were pleasant enough. I personally wouldn't stay here again.
