Good hotel, ok location
I love the room I stayed. I was on the roof of the building, guessing that it should be ok for summer time. I looked for the hostel from Gare Brussels North and it was ok to find the hotel. In fact, I don't really like the location of the hotel. In general, everything is ok.

Nice spot.
The room was really clean. I had problems with the Wi-Fi and the host actually came to my room on the 5th floor to make sure it connected. The stairway could use some renovating but a good price for the location and quality of the room.

Much Better and Cheaper Places
Left something in my room, and when I returned to retrieve it the guy at the front desk told me to go **** myself. Awful service and not a great hotel. Plenty of better ones in the area.

The day of arrival the concierge didn’t have a clue about my reservation, sent us to a different type of room. We requested a change according to reservations but lost a couple of hours

One night lovely stay near the central train stati
We stayed here one night and it was great! Walking distance from Brussels central train station, right next to the picturesque Botanique Garden, centrally located. The entrance to the reception is not the easiest to see at first, it's behind the corner/the small supermarket on the ground floor. Reception is pretty much in the hallway so a bit confusing initially. We had 3 different male receptionists and all of them were very friendly and helpful, especially the European guy with the shoulder-length here, don't know his name but thumbs up! :) We mentioned to him that we had an early flight the following morning and asked if it was possible for us to have breakfast 15mins before opening hours, and we did! Which was amazing as we only really needed just a small bite and fresh coffee before heading to the airport. Thank you!! :) The room itself was a standard size, functional, clean and fresh. Nice modern decore, bed was very comfy, clean sheets. Bathroom was on the slightly side but also functional and clean. The fan system was a bit loud but it was nice that the window could open so that one can get some fresh morning air. No noise during the night, a view over the Botanique Garden and some of the financial district buildings. Breakfast the following morning was fresh, all the basics, amd Nespresso cafe - we were pleased. The decore was contemporary, stylish and fresh. Overall super happy with our stay :)
