Ski family holiday
Stayed 12th to 17th March 2017, hence low season. About 75% of restaurants are shut during weekdays. Enjoyable ski holiday, but as expected icy in the morning and heavy snow in the afternoons. Runs are well-pisted. Number 1 tip, if you use the lift or ski rental. BUY the Gift card available at the Dragon Valley Hotel, for 40% discounts. The Foreigner Center's discounts, in the Tower Plaza, are 30%. Book the shuttle bus if you are coming or going to the airport. We were the only people on the return bus - a 40 seater. No bread for sale in the supermarket. The Tower Condo was as expected with no problems, but don't expect any advice or help from the staff. Noodles Tree restaurant was good, as was the Turkish ice cream on the slopes. English ski lessons are expensive, but the children can now get downhill and use the lifts.

Good value ski resort
Fine ski resort. Minus is that only face towels provided as full sized towels. Good value for money. Great location and comfortable.

Good skiing but Shane about the noisy building wor
Building work. Banging and drilling from 7.30am in flat above. however the resort is very nice and skiing is excellent.

Good ski location in 2018 WInter Olypic area
Good sized room for all our ski gear with lots of cupboard space although few coat hangers. Beds were a good size and in good condition but the hardest I have tried to sleep on. Full fridge freezer but no toaster. Beware absolutely no signs or instructions in English - could not figure out how to turn off heating, which bin for recycling and unplugged the fancy bidet. Hopefully they will remedy this before the 2018 winter Olympics. Location great an easy walk to ski lifts, convenience store in basement plus various eating places. Nice view, and would overall recommend - especially if you have someone who can read Korean.
