MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A ROOM THAT HAS BEEN RENOVATE
I booked 2 different stays. 1 before a cruise and 1 when we came back. On the first one, we were assigned a room that was very outdated. The stove was rusty and stained and gross. The bathtub had the porcelin peeling so bad it was horrible. We had to call to ask for fresh towels and garbage removal in out 3rd day. I will say it was promptly taken care of but I was dissapointed we had to ask. There was a futon in the room and the cover for it was shredded underneath and gross. On our second stay, we were assigned a renovated room that was much better. Everything was updated and looked much better. The location and parking were not the best but were okay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged through Expedia upon booking in July for a December stay, at which time they charged me again (a different amount, but still a couple hundred dollars). When I saw the charge on my credit card when I got home, I called them. They told me to fill out their form on their website or send an email. Fine, I did. No one responded. I kept calling, and so did my husband, and every time the person who we needed to talk to - THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD POSSIBLY HELP APPARENTLY - was never there. Then we started talking with Expedia, who was also not helpful at all. When my husband finally talked to someone at the "hotel" they said they were processing a refund. It still has not come through on my credit card. He called back to talk to the owner or whoever this person is and he was out to lunch. He called again later and the guy was gone for the day, but someone told my husband that this guy talked to me - WHICH IS A LIE. No one called me or emailed me in the last 24 hours, and I have only spoken to a single person there who told me to email over a month ago. It has now been three months since we stayed there and this is still not resolved. Unprofessional, ridiculous, an enormous waste of my time. So, to recap: they overcharged me and owe me money, said they were processing a refund, are not, lied to my husband and said that they talked to me about the refund. And I still do not have my money.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Upon arriving there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen. The doors are setup with a digital coded external lock, that does not work at times so we were unable to secure or lock up our door or belongings. The bathroom is so terribly small, that if you sit on the toilet you can hit your head on the sink. The bed is very uncomfortable. The lack of communication is the worst part of all. They have operators that work as a 3rd party to relay messages between the he manager, maintenance, and the visitor. This is the worst service ever! They don't contact you back for hours at a time. If you have any problems, you will be on your own to figure that problem out. Upon returning from a walk to the water down the street at 3 a.m., my pregnant wife and I returned to a locked door to the main entrance of the apartments complex meaning we could not gsin entry inside. We had none of our belongings on us, only a phone. We were locked outside of the complex along with two other residents for 6 hours!!!! From 3 am-9 am, without any food, water, wallet, car keys, or any other belongings. After all of this, the manager was unwilling to give us a complete refund. They only offered us a refund for the night we had to stay outside. Do not stay here!! You will be highly dissatisfied.

Everything about this property was terrible. It started by arriving at the property to a note on the door saying staff was asleep and to come back later. So we came back an hour later and the woman at the desk gave us a hard time about wanting to leave our luggage there since we couldnt check in yet and we didnt want to lug it around; she also made me sign a contract that our room was in perfect condition BEFORE even seeing it, she wouldnt let me not sign. So eventually after being allowed in our room hours later, there was mold growing everywhere. Bathroom surfaces, kitchen sink, refrigerator, bedding and pull out couch reaked of it. Kitchen utensils were not clean. There was about 10 sheets of toilet paper left on our roll upon arriving, so i wentt to ask for more and they said sorry they were out; we had to collect napkins at dinner to use. The door to our room didnt close so we had to put a chair up against it to keep it closed. I always try to see the good when i book a property, because i feel bad when i book somewhere bad for my family and i, but everything was horrible and i DO NOT recommend.

Don't be fooled by flashy photos.
Flew in from Iraq for first day of my vacation and needed a last minute hotel. Events in Fort Lauderdale, I made a mistake and booked this hotel in Miami. Called immediately and tried to change but since they weren't considerate of my situation and were going to charge me for the room anyway I elected to stay. Non refundable, so my mistake cool I'll own it. The pictures lie to you. It looks nothing like that. Let me be clear, you will be disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't even have a comforter. It was literally two sheets fastened together. The pillow cases had blood stains on them, the room had bugs. They don't even give you soap to wash your hands. It's just ridiculous man. Oh, and while I was there they left these two old ladies locked out. So don't check in after 7pm. Because once it gets dark the staff leaves and they lock the main door to get inside. So you'll be outside bearing the elements trying to unlock padlocks to get access. After listening to these ladies struggle for about 15 minutes. I left my HOSTEL of a room and let them inside the building. Save your money. Stay someplace else or I hope you have a comfortable suitcase, because I slept on mine and would hate for you to sleep on yours. Oh annnnddd they don't clean your room. You have to request it.
