Not what we paid for
We did not enjoy this hotel. The staff was not helpful, the room we were given "Cloe" was too small, hot and loud and no storage. The air did not work. The booking said King Tempur pedic - it was not. It was a cheap uncomfortable double mattress. The "art" cannot make up for comfort. Very misleading.

Great location, clean, but SMALL room.
Very modern, clean, friendly staff. Room was very small, we hardly had any room for our luggage. However, it was a great location and price.

Roman Holiday
I think this might have been my favorite area I have stayed at in Rome. First off I loved the price! Very affordable.. Great value. Loved the location.. The lil street was adorable and quiet, close to all the shopping and the Spanish steps, 5 min walk to Piazza del Popolo. My room was very big with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. The reception were very accommodating.. Surprisingly! Lol. Also, the breakfast was good.. I was happy to see they had more options than just carbs. Also, the guy who runs the breakfast was very nice and helpful. I would for sure stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Rome.

Looks good, but not for everyone
this is a very limited service hotel with 7 rooms and lots of'design', 'artsy' features but with challenges in basics such as air-conditioning, water pressure and life-safety systems. A good choice if those things do not matter to you and/or you are not there during the summer. The location is great.....near to the Spanish steps, piazza del poppolo and theft tasty shopping district...but also a short walk to many key historic sites. The hotel renovation was well done in terms of appearance and the art works in the halls & rooms is interesting, different. The front desk is staffed during the day (closed after business hours) and the staff are polite. The breakfast is minimal in an unwelcoming (conference type) room across the street. However, it is great to be in a room on this special, calm and elegant street.
