Enjoyed our stay!
I arrived late at KIBI Rooms which was no problem since check-in was offered until 1am. It would have been helpful in advance to know that this happened remotely and phone service was necessary. Fortunately we had no problem. We called from the street entrance and she walked us through the process of entering and obtaining our key from the key safe. The location was great and just minutes from the metro! Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was completely adequate but the mattress was pretty thin and on a wooden palate which may not work for everybody. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast included in our stay. We received a voucher for a local bakery and received a full breakfast - meat, cheese, egg, bread, jam, tea/coffee. Was a great way to start our day.

No frills rooms, but near everything you want
Very affordable; but it’s a no thrills stay. You have a small room, and bathroom, but if your hotel room is for nothing more than sleeping while you take in Vienna, you can’t go wrong. Local area is very nice, and a short subway ride to the city center. Plenty to do near by.

Hotel Converted from Small Apartment Rooms
KIBI is only a 10-15 minute walk from everything else in town. They offer a free breakfast at a local bakery next door. The rooms are okay, but very small. The heat couldn’t be turned down and so the room stayed to hot. The TV didn’t work, but that’s not why you go to Vienna. The safe was difficult to work as well. Check in was strange and the front desk wasn’t exactly helpful. Bt the hotel was easy to find and in a good location.

Great value on the edge of the old city
Kibi Rooms makes up one small part of the 3rd floor of an old Vienna building. The rooms are completely up to date and very quiet. The location was very convenient. The included breakfast is a voucher for use at one of two bakeries. We ate at Felber each morning and the breakfast included cold meat and cheese, two rolls, butter and jam, coffee, and juice.

Good Basic Accommodations Near Airport Train
It's good basic accommodations. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean and everything works. The windows have double glazing, so you don't hear the traffic. There is a small lobby area near the registration desk, but it is pretty much just guest rooms rather than a hotel. It is just a few blocks from the Wien Mitte station, where you get the City Airport Train, the subway, and tram lines. There is a Billa supermarket right across the street. It's on the third floor of a building, with a couple of locked doors to go through to get to the courtyard and then to the elevator, so pay attention to the entry directions if you expect to arrive outside their limited front desk hours. I would stay there again.
