This is the second time I've stayed here; and it will be my last. The hotel is generally dirty and dusty (both times). There was no breakfast prepared at 7:30 am and when I inquired, I was told "the lady is in the restroom." The shower pan is stained and dirty - likely due to the oil field work that is prevalent in this area. The mattress needs replaced as it is very old and worn. While the price is great at this hotel, you get what you pay for.

Tell customers the truth.
We chose this hotel because they have a hot tub, i have a pinched nerve in my back and we came to hobs for my wive to have an MRI on her spine. We called ahead to make sure the hot tub worked, and when we get here the heater and ther aerator doesnt work.

Dirty and had ants
Use to stay here all the time. Liked it because they didn’t allow Hobbs residents to stay there so it was usually clean. But this stay, it was disgusting. Trash and food under the beds, shower had mold and was discolored from dirt. Then I wake up to my daughter screaming because she went to the restroom and ants got all over her. There were hundreds of ants all over the bathroom. On top of that, at the pool, I watched a family let 15 people in who did not have room keys and they came in and didn’t care about other guests. Ruined the entire experience because our room was gross and then we couldn’t even use the pool. Front desk did nothing about it and didn’t seem to care at all. Didn’t even apologize. Won’t be staying here again.
