We will never return to this hotel.
Our room did not have a working shower. It turned off and on part way through. The electricity went out twice in the bathroom. The first "handy" man came up and showed us how to reset the breaker in the closet, so this apparently happens a lot. There was a loud banging sound in the wall. The "handy" man they sent up to our room for that said it was our neighbors. We did not have any neighbors on that wall. It was an electrical room.... We asked to be moved to another room. When we were, they were never able to get the keys to work to get into our room. My husband and I had to take turns leaving our room since we could not get back in if we both left together unless we left the door propped open. We ended up canceling our second night and only staying the one night. We will never return to this hotel.

A anniversary memory that almost didnt happen
We heard the night before they sold out. So when we got there to check in at 430pm we had to wait for a room to become available for an hour or so. They did store our luggage while we had to wait for a room to come available. We felt an upgrade should have been given or a free dinner for the waste of our time. By the time we got to the room and settled in. It was about 830. We decided to go try the buffet. We arrived at 835pm. After paying over $30 for the both of us processing the credit card and receipt was handed to us. The cashier then mention they close at 9. We could get our food as much as we wanted at once, but the steamers were shut off and most of the food was picked over and was dissatisfied with it. We would have eaten at the sports bar that closed at 11pm and had hot food. We would not eat there late ever again. Overall the anniversary we had together we made it fun. Spent lots of money and came home with just the memories. Not a winning trip.

Great place at a great price
This was my second time here, and it was even better than the first time. This time I had a fabulous view from my room (that’s not true for all rooms). But the staff are all great, and the upscale restaurant is really very good at a very nice atmosphere.
