The view was amazing, the hotel was very clean and smelled clean. Staff was awesome !!! I even was able to check in early which made me happy that I didn’t have to find some where to wait.... I appreciate it so much
Night crew valet parking was making terrible jokes about my friend and I when we arrived, also two of the pillows on the bed smelled like straight vomit. I probably won’t stay here again due to rude comments and the lack of cleanliness
Best place I have stayed in Nashville! The executive king suite is definitely not like the picture hotels.com is previewing but maybe we just didn’t get that nicer and newer suite. Otherwise, it felt very luxurious. Only other downfall was the bed, which could have been comfier, it felt kinda old and the couch could have been cleaner. All in all, hotel service was impeccable and quick and the restaurants in the hotel were a big plus!!!
Awesome.
Parking was expensive
confusion on parking. if you wanted to park your own car they made you go 3 blocks.
Everything was great. Shower tiles were pretty gross and kinda looked like the beginning of mold in the bottom corners. Other than that our stay was great.
Payed a lot of money for our stay and the hotel was terrible. They charged an additional $50 a night for parking. They offered no discounts to anything and had no shuttle service to anything. Overall I will never stay at the Omni again.
The hotel is situated near Broadway and all the bars and restaurants but the downside is it’s very loud. We were on the 21st floor and could hear loud music and shouting up until 2:00 am. Doesn’t allow for a good night’s sleep. Also, they have no parking on site unless you valet -$45 per night and once you tip each time you get your car, it adds up. Way to expensive.
Hotel is beautiful, however our room was not as clean as i thought it would be. We chose to pay for a more expensive room during this time thinking “you get what you pay for” We found sticky stuff on the floor (my husband cleaned it) and things were dusty.
