Small boutique hotel, individually themed rooms.
Nice room (we stayed in the Matisse room). Outside courtyard space was great to sit outside and eat breakfast. Nice, simple breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, bread) provided in the refrigerator in the room. We arrived late (~9pm) and so did not see anyone on our arrival. We also did not see anyone on the morning of our check-out. The hotel did call us prior to our arrival to check when we would be arriving, that we had room access codes, etc., so this was not a problem and made for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Amazing room--- outstanding service- loved it!
Stayed in the Ballroom. Amazing service. Wife has food allergies and they provided a suitable and delicious breakfast. Great service. Larger than life room. Super close to city. Hosts were superb! (And the resident dog & cat were very welcome too). Will definitely come back!

Delightful and slightly unusual B&B
We could only spend one night, but would have stayed more if we had the time. We stayed in the petite Matisse room and it was delightfully and imaginatively decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lots of on line films available to use. Fantastic continental style breakfast provided in the room, especially the granola which we rate as one of the best we've had. We definitely recommend staying here

The hotel itself was nice but was disappointing - I have used for more than 10 years and it had been good. However, their customer service team is now unresponsive - I received no confirmation on two of my bookings and requested their follow-up. However, I sent my request for five times but received no response from neither their booking nor customer care team!
