Nice hotel, busy, overall good stay w/few hiccups

Tv didn't work, had to call maintenance as soon as we got there. Shower wasn't draining. Didn't come to clean our room first day of stay and we had to ask housekeeping to come clean it when we saw them late in the day.

    Great stay

Beautiful hotel. Spacious, neatly and stylishly designed room even without upgrades. Great service and perks. Convenient location, close to Forum shops, restaurants and Starbucks :) The gym has TWO Peloton bikes! The shower curtain was stained, which is easily and quickly replaced. I do not blame this on the hotel; my own industry has been having difficulties with linen laundering services that require staff to replace/discard linens more often than before. It's just part of traveling/being a consumer. Staff recovered the situation well.

    Meh-bu

Check in was a nightmare, we weren’t given room keys until a few minutes before our dinner reservation. I had a package delivered to the shipping area the day before our arrival that was supposed to be waiting in our room for us. It took until 10pm for it to even get brought to the front desk. We figured the Nobu brand would give us ultimate luxury and relaxation, at least the robes and towels were soft.

We stayed at Nobu in February 2021. This is a beautiful and very well maintained property. We had our dog(s) with us (two small terriers) and were therefore, in a pet room. This was still a lovely room and we all slept babies (we were driving from Denver to LA). Very nice even though the Nobu restaurant is only open Friday-Saturday nights.

I was excited to stay at the Nobu after seeing their resort in Cabo! That location is very nice and top notch! The Las Vegas location however is the complete opposite! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s as if they took an old Holiday Inn style hotel and threw a new bed and some paint in it and called it the Nobu. It wasn’t built it was previously something else and my 4 day stay it was less than desirable. They lied to me about receiving a$100 room credit for both me and my wife. Totaling $200. I never got! Here is a small list of other issues I had 1) $9 for a can of soda is ridiculous you can buy 2 cases for that. Gouging!! 2) shower didn't work my whole stay at first it leaked badly then engineering worked on it and it doesn't work at all now 3) WiFi fails drastically and kicks you off repeatedly although you’re charged for it daily 4) called guest services for extra pillows and they never came 5) trash throughout casino and so lot machines covered with cigarette ashes to point our fingertips and forearms were black and smelled of cigarettes. 6) the room was non- smoking but smelled of smoke badly!!! 7) all around access to the Nobu is less than desirable 8) resort fees are ridiculous for gym, WiFi etc... again another pathetic example of gouging your customers who are already spending their money at the resort! Could go on but senseless really

The hotel rooms are very inconsistent I booked 5 rooms for my birthday for my family and all were the basic king room with that being said every room was completely different two of them only had half of the couch one room was double the size and some had pillow decorations on the couch and others had absolutely nothing which yes decor isn’t important but why isn’t it in every room? The bathroom sink in my mothers room had this awful brown spot on the sink room and my room 7414 the mirror was peeling back majorly, it was also disappointing that all the pools and everything was closed and if it is closed they should be giving people a heads up especially considering that there were gas walking around the hotel and swim trunks and towels and I was just very confused wondering where they were going overall awful hotel would not recommend completely overhyped
