My room amnesties did not work! I asked to speak to a manager and got told I can email them, it was completely awful. The lights didn’t work, I was was right on top of the club so I had no privacy since my room was above the deck. The music was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all. Terrible service and experience.

Great part of town
Friendly staff. Both restaurants were enjoyable. Bed was relaxing and was in a great part of town. Less crowded than being in the area like where the chain hotels are. Stayed in the 14th floor. Multiple nights the hallways became loud with alcohol induced party’ers. Not sure any hotel can stop that. Overall we had an amazing time in a great part of town
