The pictures look nothing like the real thing. The out building that house many guests is dilapidated and it was admitted by the chambermaid it needed updating IF YOU WANT A VACATION WHERE YOU ARE AWAKENED BY CARPENTERS HAMMERS WAKE YOU AT 8 AM AND DISTURB YOUR QUIET REST STAY A THE HEIRLOOM ON 5TH IF YOU WANT A ROOM WITH PAINT CHIPS PEELING FROM THE CEILING WITH A BROKEN LAM THEN STAY AT THE HEIR LOOM ON THE 5TH IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN A ROOM WHER THE BOOKLET OF DIRECTION HAS BEEN REMOVED BY THE OWNERS AND YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE HEAT CONTROLS AND TV CONTROLS WHICH ARE CONFUSING AND DONT WORK PROPERLY, THEN STAY AT THE HEIRLOOM ON THE 5th OUR CLOTHES SMELLED LIKE MILDEW AFTER TQYING AT THE HEIRLOOM ON THE 5TH THE WALLS ARE SO THIN THAT NEIGHBORS SNORING WAKES YOU ARE 4AM THEN STAY AT THE HEIRLOOM ON THE 5th. If your want to contact the owners by phone, they are in Chattanooga Tennessee with no instructions left on how to get a hold of them. You are left with contacting Derek who runs another Heirloom on Douglas who does not return phone calls. Pray that you arrive when Claudia the Chambermaid is there when you arrive, she helps where she can but she evens complains that others have been awakened by the carpenters hammers. When reading some reviews we thought we would be receiving breakfast. No dice None of the above was disclosed on Hotels.com. Enjoy your stay

Charming accommodations
The unit we had (Victoria Rose) was very spacious and very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed as well. If you are older it might be challenging to shower in the claw foot tub! Overall it was charming and better than expected.

Will be a repeat for sure!!
I travel a lot for work so this time I wanted something different. This truly was a small hidden gem. The flat had everything I needed to be comfortable and sleep well. I didn't have the normal hotel passerby traffic and cute rustic local fair were close enough to walk for morning coffee. Yes, the bathroom was small, but it was just me and I loved it. I will stay here again when I am in the area.
