Upon check I’m told the bar and restaurant is not open ! I’m given room key 115 corridor stinks on weed , buckets on floor as ceiling is leaking ! Go into room carpet dirty with stains , tea tray dirty, door lock broken , lamp next to bed broken , hook in bathroom door is in the door , no plugs for sink or bath , shower curtain pole broken and rusty , window doesn’t open and even closed you can hear the traffic on road clearly ! Ironing board broken but no iron ! 2 tiny milk tubs for 2 people ?
