Do not stay here if you want any sleep
Extremely loud with very thin walls and doors. Alarms from other rooms were beeping all night and building work in a room 2 doors down began at 7am with extremely loud hammering. We mentioned this to front desk in the morning and they did not care at all. Do not recommend to stay here if you want any sleep

I enjoyed staying at Kabayan once again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has a nice TV. Close to Victory Liner to catch the bus to Baguio. Pleasant eating area with good coffee.

Most polluted area of Manila, ugh, not fault of staff, behind hotel, dog farm, barking dogs all the time, ugh, roosters crowing at sunrise would be okay, but they start at 330am. The A/C gets cold after 40 minutes, typical for Manila. The hotel is a strange mix of Hilton and Motel 6 quality. Average 50 to 55 dollars a day, now cheaper than USA Motel 6.😂
