Augusten Hotel, Munich
Tried to pull a bait and switch on us
Resort was very nice and in a great location. The biggest problem was that when we arrived to check in only 1 of our 2 rooms was ready. They said that we had rooms next door to each other (which is what we wanted) but needed to come back in a couple of hours for the second room. When we came back for the second room, they had moved it to a different floor. We questioned them on why since they even gave us the room number we worldly have earlier but they did not have a good answer. They finally found a room for us on the same floor, but was a frustrating start to the trip. Would have expected better quality from a hotel of this quality.

Augusten Hotel, Munich
very noisy and uncomfortable hotel
I had a very bad room facing the street noise and tram sound. I have come to Munich several times and this is the worst hotel I have tried. Staff was nice and breakfast average. However the room size is very small, bathroom is tiny and no airconditioning. I dont recommend it at all.

Great location with a very friendly staff. Need to improve the amenities in the room-there were none. Overall, a very good stay!

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is reasonable and the staff is great :) location is great for convenience.. although the train can be a little noisy at times and some of the surrounding businesses a little loud at night. Overall fantastic stay and well worth the price!

Convenient and affordable
Pleasant hotel near the train station with excellent breakfast. Wifi shut itself down for a few seconds, but otherwise well maintain and pleasant room for a budget price.
