Disappointed
No airport shuttle in the evening or early morning. Breakfast was a granola bar, an apple and a juice pack to go. The first room had not been cleaned and the door was wide open. The second room was adequate for just one night in between flights. The ATM was broken, and to get a taxi we had to wait because the clerk did not realize the night before that we needed one although we talked about transportation to the airport when we checked in.

Fast friendly check in. Hotel was ok just a little dated. Towels are skimpy but clean. Rooms were large but needed some TLC. Will be staying again. Restaurants and latin deli walking distance.

The worst hotel
The worst hotel I ever stayed. Freezing room upon arrival. Strong cheap detergent smell. They take your pic ID upon arrival . The manager showed me the pile of pics ID taken from other customers when i refused to give him my driver's license. I waited hotel airport shuttle for 30 minutes in a freezing cold. Everything is very outdated.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s nothing like the pictures.
By far the worst hotel I’ve ever checked in to. Years ago I stayed in some pretty dodgy hostels but none were as scary as this place. Lobby screams UNSAFE. Elevator made for no more than one person. Entire hotel reeks of fumigation/chemicals (not sure I even want to know what are they are trying to kill/cover up???). Room was dirty, stains on everything from bedding to walls and even the lamp shade. Hairs all over the sheets. Taps in bathroom sink not working. My children started crying as soon as we walked into room because they were scared, frankly, so was I. We instantly found another hotel and left. And of course they don’t offer refunds. Avoid at all cost. Would feel safer and cleaner sleeping under the turnstile across the street.
