Location is great with the hotel being right on the boardwalk. The room was clean and comfortable enough but the walls are so thin. We stayed 2 nights and both 2 nights we were woken up by yelling and screaming in other rooms and the hallway. One night a guest was scaling over the balconies. The room has a kitchenette which is a bit useless as there are no cutlery or dinnerware. There is parking but not a lot of it and the parking lot is such a tight fit.

Very dusty, could tell toilet was not cleaned on the outside, sheets did not fit the bed, no phone in room, was not enough parking spots, alot of SVUs did not fit, coffee cup almost went on fire in microwave, i couldnr figure out what i smelled burning, untill i saw the cup, it was black, and a good thing i brought my own tea bags, their wasnt any , absolutely no water pressure, we had to throw our bodies against door to get in and to get out, it was equally as hard to open, will i go there again, Absolutely Not!! I will say, the people at the front desk were very courteous, and pleasant!

This place needs a health inspector review.
There was no spray nozzle or hose in shower though there was a track for one Tub had no stopper in w/ black mold around it The grout of tile was supposed to be white. You can see that clearly from the photo which includes the water line and cut off valve to toilet The floor photos show how progressively dirty it was the closer to the toilet you got. The photo including the corner of tub and under sink show the progression of mold up the grout of tub and tiles under sink.

Parking was an issue especially when we returned after an early dinner for an handicapped space, room needed update furniture, bathtub, shower curtain and tv. View absolutely stunning to ocean and deck very spacious, recommend a small coffee pot in the lobby with some light snacks instead of that big blue sofa, staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ruby the housekeeper

Me and my husband stayed 3 nights in a queen oceanfront room. The room was rather small but had a perfect ocean view! As far as cleanliness- it was free from bugs and had clean sheets. The mattress cover was noticeably unwashed for quite a while and quite filthy. Same goes for the toilet. Aside from that, it was a basic room and semi-clean. The staff was extremely friendly and all fluent English speakers, which is rare. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
