Great location
Great hotel. The location is really good. I have stayed in the Poblado before and I prefer Laureles where the hotel is located. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There's a Starbucks near with a 5 minute walk. There's also the shopping mall Unicentro that is really close.

Hotel in Laureles
The hotel is located in a central sector, nearby Cr 70. At nights regularly there are noise and music late night. The facilities has been remodelated although the main door has issues to be locked. There are just 2 sockets to charge electronics devices and regardless I am a gold member I didnt have the privileges at the check-in, later of my feedback I got an upgrade of the room however the offer in about a bottle of wine never was done. Tipical breakfast was good, not a buffet.

Lovely hotel in a great location, check in messy
I enjoyed my stay here, although there was a lot of confusion on check in and I was initially given a lower standard room than I had paid for. Whilst the staff were extremely kind and friendly and helpful, it took a long time for them to sort it out and even a while to understand my issue (my so-so spanish didn't help, but partly I was told that the issue couldn't be fixed for so long because the manager was having lunch! At 9am!) I think all in all check in took about 1 and a half hours which after a long flight from uk was not ideal. But the room (executive?) was very nice, small balcony but good, a good blind, good shower, very clean, the staff were very kind and friendly. Would be nice if the cleaners and guests didn't bang the doors in the morning but this seems to be a problem in so many hotels i stay in. There was a lovely vegetarian cafe next door and the location was great, just off the main street but far enough from the action that it felt peaceful. There was a handy desk and lamp for working on. I would stay here again! But I hope that their check in system is improved!
