Wonderful place to stay
Room was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Views amazing. Only let down, though small was inferior sauces served with the breakfast. Made little sense spoiling a well cooked breakfast with poor condiments.

Room for improvement in catering
Comfortable, relaxed and helpful are the main words that spring to mind, as we returned for a 6or 7th time. Being vegan, a little more thought to breakfast would be appreciated. Perhaps a special of tofu scramble or smashed avocado to add to the list. And certainly better toasting bread! (Or even a choice). The evening meal was good. I think the pool was closed for cleaning, so no comment possible there. The main thing I missed put us off using it. I would also have brought guests there but felt it cold with no atmosphere, or place to sit comfortably. Mocktail choices would also help, as no choices at all at present. So, much room for improvement, so that we can enjoy our next stay even more.

6/10 Good

It was just OK
The views from the hotel and the location are AMAZING but everything else was mediocre for us. Our room was on the third floor but a long way from anything else. We expected having paid £800 for three nights and paid for a superior room, we may have a sea view but we were overlooking the car park. Lift only goes to second floor and so we had two long corridors and a set of stairs to navigate with our suitcases. We weren't offered help with our bags. There isn't really a bar area. We were advised to sit in the lounge part which has a bar which was closed but the service was terrible in there - we had to find members of staff to ask for drinks or the bill. Dinner was nice but VERY expensive - there are lots of other restaurants around which are more affordable. The room was just ok. Randomly placed plug sockets which meant we had to leave phones across the room. Not one drawer to put clothes away. The shower water pressure was awful and could barely wash the soap from ourselves. One of our taps was completely loose so could only use one sink. Bed was comfortable though and curtains were blackout which was good. The hot tub was out of use our whole stay and the pool was closed one of the days so we didn't get to use those. The surrounding area is amazing, the beaches are wonderful and the views from the restaurant and lounges are incredible. For us though the service was not reflective of the price and we won't be staying again.
