If you do not tell them on your vip access, they would never know. Even you show it on the phone, only free parking would be offered. Front lady was rude and unfriendly. Room was very spacious but old dated and need your own usb. And prepare for total blackouts (longest one for few minutes) without notice and with no weather issues?! This was my 2nd time and Very disappointed. I got late checkout after 10-15 minutes of vip access definition.

A very large hotel with large, comfortable rooms. The hotel itself is about a fifteen-minute walk to the entertainment / restaurant areas of Sapporo. Easy parking in the garage below the hotel. One can catch a limousine bus to Chitose Airport from the hotel for 1,100 yen. Certainly, I will consider staying here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Room had no AC, and was set to 85F, smelled like cigarette smoke, and staff didn't offer us extra bedding despite having three people. Staff was incredibly rude, and we ended up leaving the same night we came. I don't know what this place's issue is, but don't bother booking here.

My room was spacious and our breakfast were very good with seating in a sky high cafe. Concierge, a Lady, was so nice and gave us promptly help to us with out our word, only she was seeing our blocks of luggage. Really it's great service.

A basic hotel without frills
This was a two night stay. Although the picture of the lobby makes it appear modern, it is a very old hotel. The rooms were very basic and outdated even though it was a deluxe room with a view. The bed was very hard and basic as well. The breakfast with the room was mediocre, with no highlights. We chose to stay here because the other hotels we preferred were sold out. Taxi service at this hotel also required at least a 15 minute wait for the bell to call for a taxi.
