Terribly run hotel
They built a 280 room hotel with enough facilities for 100 rooms. 30 min wait to check in or check out. Food is terrible. Not one vegan option on the room service menu. Not one. Almost nothing on the dinner buffet as well. So I ordered in. Never got a call that it was delivered. So I dialed 0, I got a person saying "no English". Asked to be transferred, all I kept getting was "no English". Went down and the food was sitting at the concierge cold, no one cared enough to bring it up or even tell me it arrived. Long line for breakfast so they try to send you out to the lobby to eat. I'm surprised Marriott let's them keep their name on this hotel.
