Rome
The room size was fine, the shower didnt work so great, the Internet was terrible, the breakfast was a joke. It served its purpose as a place to sleep. I wouldn't stay there again if I visited Rome in the future. Not worth the price.

We rented the 2 bdrm apt and were very happy with location and condition. They also have a bed and breakfast in another great location which is where our shuttle dropped us off. They were very kind and arranged transportation to the correct location for us. Both locations were very well maintained and the hospitality was excellent

Good location.
Very well located, 15 minute walk to The Vatican, and close to other attractions as well. It's located on the 3rd floor of a building and the hotel has 4 rooms. Breakfast was served in the room so it was very cramped and consisted of croissants, tea or coffee. We were in the room for 2 adults and 2 children and out room looked bigger in the photograph. Overall good experience and location was the biggest plus.

Worst service ever!!!!!
Well for starters, ms Elizabeth sent me to the wrong location of her her hotel. It was not 58 it was 36 on a different street, 20 minutes further. I only found this out by going to the location that hotels.com and Elizabeth said for the last two weeks. When I got there I was told she sent me an email with the proper address, that was a complete lie. I then had to get another taxi for an additional 30 euro, to get to the proper location. When I finally reached it,she was not. There at all. Fumbled around for half hour looking for a key, finally found that and went in. There was no air conditioning at all!!!!! When I called her for help, she didn't return my calls or texts and refused to help me, never even met the woman or saw her. Now she's billing me 152.00 euro???? Not happening. I will be disputing this with my credit card!!!!! Gina porter

Very good location
It's very well located, walking distance to all major touristic spots; and also in a quiet and nice neirghborhood. Rooms are clean and with modern furniture. Did not like the fact that bed sheets and towels are only changed once every 3 or 4 days. Also, this is not a hotel so there is no 24 hrs personnel. As a consequence, and after an almost 24 hrs flight trip, we had to wait in the staircase for almost an hour until finally someone came over to open the door for us and provide us with the keys. They should have specified that at the time of booking or ask you to contact them to give details.
