Honestamente, depois de ler vários comentários sobre este hotel, decidi reservar este hotel. No geral, minha experiência foi ótima. A equipe deste hotel foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Fiquei surpreso que o inglês fosse falado pela maioria da recepção e alguns dos funcionários do restaurante também tentassem se comunicar em inglês. No entanto, como viajantes estrangeiros, se você tiver um tradutor no seu celular, nunca deverá ter problemas para se comunicar com ninguém. O hotel era muito acessível e os quartos eram limpos. Mais uma vez, fiquei maravilhado com a equipe e com a disposição de me ajudar de qualquer maneira que pudessem. ao lado do hotel há um parque e à noite havia algumas músicas dos festivais que estavam tendo, mas não era um problema. Infelizmente, é a estação chuvosa nos primeiros 3 dias, o tempo não foi o melhor, mas os últimos 3 dias foram bons. Viajar pela cidade foi muito fácil, barato e seguro via Uber para transporte. Existem muitos centros comerciais e locais históricos a cerca de 20 minutos de carro ou menos do hotel. Eu altamente recomendaria este hotel e eu ficaria no meu retorno. Meu encontro com todos os funcionários foi bom. Porém, gostaria de destacar os seis funcionários a seguir pelo excelente atendimento ao cliente durante minha estada de 18 a 23 de junho de 2023. This was my first time in Brazil. Few staff speaks English ,however I was able to translate using my phone. The breakfast was excellent so was lunch and dinner . The room service and cleaning was great. Just would like to thank two special staff for their service Eric at reception 😍 you are a blessing to the organisation your willingness to listen and resolve concerns is outstanding . The staff at the pool Dunno Lol suthrasna.always available to prepare my favourite drink just how i like it .you guys have made my time within the hotel so amazingly good .

Check in experience was terrible. We arrived with our Pet and we were told to leave. The website says pets accepted. We then had the most rude room service staff that we have every day experienced in our life. The staff sent a Salad item incorrectly that need adjusting and instead of simply replacing harassed us in 3 phone calls that they want to charge for replacement. Then when arrived at door raised there voice and harassed more. Lastly, we had a do not disturb on the door and the staff could see we just arrived from the United States. We told them we don’t want anyone entering our room. They entered my our room and of course items were taken. There are some nice employees but the service is highly inconsistent. BEWARE!
