Blackwell Hotel, Coeur d'Alene
This was my 3rd time staying at the Blackwell House and it was as wonderful as ever. Staying there during the holiday season was a first and will definitely do it again. The snowfall while staying there made it magical and added a perfect touch to the beautiful lights around the house and resort area. I can't wait to go back. Thank you!!

Best place in Coeur d' Alene
My husband and I only intended to stay one night at the B and B but fell in love with the beautiful and comfortable hotel and decided to extend our stay another night. The first night we stayed in the fireplace suite and the next night enjoyed suite 1 with a claw foot tub. This is a wonderful place and the staff was great. We will be back soon.

Cool hotel mixed with vintage and modern style!
Beautiful hotel in Coeur d'Alene! Old Victorian home. I love everything in this house. It's warm and inviting. We have been there twice and stayed during the winter. It's a great space for all kinds of events. Very comfy beds. It can get a little warm at night with the heater but leaving a window open usually does the trick. Breakfast is simple but tasty and the service is so nice. Very close, like a 5 minute walk, to bars and food. Energetic night life. Don't forget the jacuzzi tub! It's the best part after a 5 hour drive, a nice soak. Tip toeing through the snow after is invigorating! I highly recommend visiting during off season as the rooms are at a reduced price. Not to mention how beautiful everything is covered in some fresh white powder! Lastly, either book directly through them or at least check on their availability on their website first. If you book through a third party like they sometimes only advertise the smallest, more kid appropriate room. They usually have more options but since each room is unique they only have one of that type.. therefore they show you the cheapest room. Just trust me. We booked the first time and had to sleep in separate twin beds and later realized we were the only ones in the house! (We checked in late so no concierge) Hope this was informative!
