Arthur Hotel - An Atlas Boutique Hotel, Jerusalem
The Arthur Hotel is charming and centrally situated but unfortunately there is a very loud bar with live music next door. I could hear the music until after midnight the two nights I was there even though my room didn’t face the street. I wouldn’t go back because of this noise.

Lovely hotel in a great location
I only stayed one night, but I could not have been more pleased with the room, cleanliness, breakfast (wow!), and friendly/attentive staff. Perfect location right off the Jaffa Street light rail provides easy access to everything.

Arthur is AWESOME!
Another winner in the Atlas Hotel Chain. They totally up the level of service and the staff at every Atlas hotel is exceptional. Ahmad, Eran, Eliza were all friendly and highly professional. Hard to find by car but worth it! Quiet, well appointed boutique rooms, nice Israeli breakfast. I'll be back!!

Filthy Hotel, NOT recommended
I had the worst experience ever at Arthur Hotel. I even called the front desk to complain about how uncomfortable I felt staying at the room assigned to me. I begged them to switch me to a different and clean room but they refused to. I even told the lady if she can tell the manager, the manager of this hotel never return my call for any reason whatsoever. I felt so disgusted staying here to the point of where I went out to buy two different slippers, 1 to use in the room's floor and 1 in the bathroom. I took pictures which completely proofs everything I stated. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. If I wasn't traveling alone and not so shy I would have totally demanded my money back when I spoke to them about the issue and looked for a different place. The Arthur Hotel totally ruined my peace of mind during my 5 night stay vacation in Israel. Of which I couldn't bear the filth anymore and chosed to sleep at the airport for my last night instead.
