Excellent family accommodation
Amazing accommodation and surroundings. Quiet and peaceful stay. Had pleasant encounters with wallabies in the evening at the Golf Courses nearby the resort. The bathrooms allow for natural lightings through. Late at night, when you turn off all the lights, you could see many stars. Nice place for family bonding.

Some things good, some not so good
We booked the hotel for two nights. Apart from initially allocating us to the wrong room, the unit itself was very pleasant. Two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite, each with a television, each with airconditioning, very comfortable beds and one with a balcony. The kitchen was quite functional. The negatives: the cleaning was second rate; no batteries in the TV remote, crusty stuff on the carpet; dirty patches on the bed sheets; no chairs on balcony; bird droppings on outside chairs that hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The worst feature was my shower. No signage on the tap to say what was hot and what was cold. No hot water after running the tap for 10 minutes (in each direction). We rang reception and they stated that we had to run the tap for 15 minutes before the hot water will come. The repairman came and said that the advice was rubbish. I have never had a cold shower before and didn't enjoy it. We had full access to everything at the RACV club except the swimming pool. They really need to lift their game.

Convenience of Home
Having a the convenience of having all the amenities of a townhouse whilst staying away for a number of nights is definitely a benefit. We were staying here with our new born baby and our parents which meant having the two bedrooms was perfect as was having a separate lounge and dining area. Would certainly recommend for anyone travelling with family and wanting the conveniences of home. Was great to be able to cook meals when we wanted as well as there being laundry facilities. Should note however that this is part of Accor Vacation Club and whilst you check in at the resort next door there is no 'service' and if you have any issues or questions you are given a number to call. This was not a problem for us but maybe for others.

Bath time!
Apartment 11 is a little noisy as it is right on the main road. Apartment layout was very spacious and practical.
