Rooftop bars, comfortable rooms & amazing bathroom
A very nice Marriott conveniently located close to a BTS stop. Great rooftop bar and good restaurant. Hotel rooms were cozy but very nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was really cool with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city, housekeeping was great. Service in the lobby bar however was lacking especially in the morning. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and croissant and had to keep reminding different people of our order. Besides that, the employees were friendly and our stay was a good one.

Nice hotel but I’ll find a better value next trip
Nice hotel. Staff is awesome! But restaurants in hotel are so expensive. I stayed 11 days and realized after day 4 it was much more reasonable to walk 5 minutes for meals that wasn’t $50 for 2 people for breakfast and $100 for lunch and $200 for dinner.

This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have stayed 4 plus nights each time and unfortunately. I will not be staying here again. The 1st room they gave me the air con, tv remote and the office chair were all broke. I only found this out after I had entirely upacked my luggage and orgainzed my room. They did move me to another room did not follow up with me and did not compensate me for the troubles. Meaning not even a simple call from the general manager, manager to apologize. For and executive property the executive service was very junior. I travel to BKK often and stay from 5 to 10 days and unfortunately this property lost my business

Well beyond expectations!!!!!
The concierge at this hotel and I forgot his name already! I feel so bad but he seemed to be the only mail concierge was absolutely totally 100% incredible! I’ve spent 35 years in five-star five diamond resorts as a manager and he is without a doubt the best I’ve ever incurred, ever worked with! There are no words for the level of professionalism and service this gentleman brought to me and I am sure anyone that would deal with him for anything whatsoever! Bravo bravo bravo! No one better anywhere anytime anyplace! The only concern I would have, is they should offer turn down service in the evening, I did not see or read anywhere that you needed to call for, therefore I did not, but in a property like this, it should be automatic!
