Could have been a great experience
When I first got there . They hade gave me a regular room . When I clearly book a suit. I hade told the front desk about my issue but they could not fix it . I hade to go back and get on my laptop and get my reservation and show them, that I hade pay for the suit. After all that crazy going back and forward . The front desk agent did fix the problem. It hade to be the suit because I was going to the perfecting setting to propose to my girlfriend so it hade to be perfect. I was hungry so I decided to order room service and I want a cheese burger and with my luck they did not hade the cheese burgers. How can a 4 star resort run out of burgers and the worst part about it they hade run out the next day to . I was very disappointed with that . As a hotel chef we could never run out of stuff even if it was for two days that makes it worst. I always like taking a hot bath after every night and my luck . There was no hot water in the suit room. So I call front desk keep in mind it was also 12 am so they send some one to check on it so they did but he could not do anything till the morning crew arrives . They never show up and il my 3 days I hade I did not get any hot water . Overall experience it has it goods and it's bad. It could of been a perfect stay if the small things where fix but they where not .

Hotel is nice but area=loud, dirty
Hotel is quite nice, good location (right next to boats leaving for Ballestra), amazing pool, restaurant was good and attentive service but there are a couple of very big negatives. There is no A/C and in February it is very hot and it was hard to sleep at night. Secondly, the beach is very dirty with trash and seaweed. It is not possible to swim on the beach, or really even walk on it (broken glass). The last negative is the worst - it is so loud that even with earplugs it is very hard to sleep. There is a club on the water just in front of the hotel with music blasting until after 4am. Also, all the rooms have connecting doors with no insulation so you hear everything from the room next door, just like you are in the room with them. We had the bad luck that the room next to ours was 3-4 people in their teens - 20s, so that after the club closed at 4am, they came back to the room and kept the party going until 6am. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep before our 8am boat tour.
