Excellent little comfort zone.
This had the flavor of a family run B&B. The people were nice to talk to - particularly Carol, who used to work at the border - but also is a classically trained musician. The other customers were older and more refined. A real B&B feel to the place. I would have loved to use their hot tub, but it was under repair. Overall, a really nice stay, though. When I needed advice about where to go, what to do - all of the staff really helped me. Saved me much time and trouble, and helped me acclimate quickly.

Wish we had more time in Anacortes and Anaco Bay Inn. Took an overnight trip and stayed at the Inn to go Whale Watching the next morning. Was a great inn.

Nice change
Super nice staff, very helpful. Dining table in room was dirty and sticky, otherwise everything was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Nice Place to Stay Before Catching a Ferry
We stayed for one night before taking an early ferry over to San Juan Island. Did some geocaching in the surrounding area. Nice views as we climbed the hill above the historic end of town. Nice little coastal (use to be a lumber town) town.
