Not as bad as I am writing
Rooms are basic nothing special. bed is good breakfast is not worth much. Staff was helpful but slow but polite. Rooms are old as is the hotel in general. This at best is a 3-Star.

Exceptional
Best hotel for the money in Brasilia
I attended a conference in Brasilia, and this was among the recommended hotels. It did not disappoint. Looks very new, and all facilities are in great condition. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor are very nice. The workout facilities are small, but have brand new equipment in great condition. The shower was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Average hotel in an Average City
An average hotel in an average city; hotel service was decent as long as you don't expect English to be spoken frequently; there was a portion of the front desk staff that spoke English, but it was hit or miss. Hotel restaurant is average (ask for the Portuguese menu, it has better offerings than the English menu given to most western foreigners). If staying for more than a few nights, you'll likely have to switch out your room keycard very frequently, up to 2 times a day, because their system of seems faulty and the cards easily demagnetize. They eventually gave me a real key for my room because I had to trade out key cards so frequently. Additionally, though the hotel was very accommodating, I had to switch rooms because my A/C unit was leaking (the dehumidifier must have broken), and in my second room, the A/C barely worked. They attempted to solve this by setting the thermostat to 6 degrees Celsius; but it remained a toasty probably 25 or 26 degrees Celsius in my room, which I dealt with because I didn't want to change rooms again. Overall, a nice enough hotel; but it has a few quirks. The espresso machine in the lobby was a welcome plus, and the breakfast spread is good, though it gets old after a time.
