이번에 새로 리뉴얼하고 있다고 해서 기대를 했는데 좀 많이 실망스러웠습니다. 다른 소노캄과 비교해서도 그렇고요. 우선 청소가 잘 안되어 있어서 기존 사용자가 남겨놓은 것들을 치워야 했습니다. 꼼꼼히 보지 않으면 안보일 것이어서..또 이미 짐을 다 풀렀는데 방을 바꾸기 귀찮아서 그냥 넘겼는데요 씻을때 보니 세면대에 컨텍트렌즈 쓰다 남은 것들도 붙어 있더라고요. 다음날 청소해줄거라 생각했는데 3일에 1번해준다고 해서 하우스티핑 못했고, 2번째날은 물과 수건은 넣어준다고 했는데 것도 없어서 요청하고 나갔다오니 물이랑 커피만 앞에 놓아져있었고요. 이외에도 사우나 스태프나 부대시설 업장의 스태프 응대까지 소소하게 별로인 부분인 부분이 꽤 있었습니다.

디자인이 아름다운 객실은 좀 어둡고 조명 스위치를 찾기 불편했어요. 다다미 스타일 거실은 예쁘지만, 앉아있기엔 딱딱하고 허리가 아픕니다. 실내 레인풀은 군데군데 계단 때문에 이동하기에 위험하게 느껴집니다. 야외풀은 미지근하고 바닥이 미끄러운데다 이동이 너무 불편했어요 중간중간 핸드폰이나 타올을 놓아둘 곳이 없는 것도 문제입니다. 전체적으로 미감을 위해 많은 것들은 포기한 듯. 사진 찍기에는 좋은 숙소입니다. 인룸 다이닝이나 조식 뷔페등은 최고였어요!!
