There are better options, pick one.
This hotel is not really a "suite" hotel, as the 1 bedroom is simply a large hotel room, with no privacy between the bedroom area and the kitchen/living room. A suite would also have a second bed option, such as a sofabed. This hotel does not offer that, and we were charged $85USD for the privilege of using a roll-away. When I questioned the manager on his policy I was blamed for not correctly indicating the guests staying (which I had on the booking, 2 adults and 1 child). The service is slow in all regards, from housekeeping to bellman and everything in between. Won't stay again.

Hotel is great, I probably wouldn't go back to KL
-(For the solo traveler) Hotel gym is huge with many machines and open 24 hours. There is a rooftop pool open till 10pm but I didn't take the time to use it. I had an early morning check-in with no issues and was able to get a room without having to wait 4 hours (very grateful for that!). The little interaction I had with the staff were all pleasant but I was only there for 36 hours so I was in and out exploring the area. -As for the room, it was huge. I didn't realize it would be similar to an extended stay hotel. It has a small dining/kitchen area as you enter and the best part for me was the washer/dryer (they even provided detergent as I was worried I was about to have to go to a 7-11 and differentiate between dishwashing soup and detergent - yes, I have had that problem before). Oh and the washer/dryer is the euro/asian kind, it takes forever to try because it's ventless but it does do the job, just don't do laundry a couple hours before you leave. The drain in the shower was somewhat a little clogged or just slow, therefore the water would occasionally rise above the beveled edge. -Location was kind of a bummer for me. The hotel is located at the end of this small street and about 10-15 minute walk from the nearest public transportation. They recommend getting a taxi from KL Sentral upon arrival but if you don't have much luggage, try the walk. The overall location however is great, I walked to one of the main attractions of KL (Petronas Towers).

Exceptional
It was my first time staying in Oasia and definitely one of the best I have experienced in KL. Room is spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Great selection of entertainment on TV, amazing view from the Gym and friendly staff. There are only three downsides that i could think of, firstly its carpark - sharp and challenging turns. Difficult for larger size vehicle i.e. SUV. Secondly, loud and noisy plumping coming from the toilet. Lastly, the thin walls - there was a minor renovation next door and i could hear the construction workers talking loudly and doing their work. At times you could also hear neighbouring rooms talking and laughing. Other than that, overall still a very good hotel. Will definitely make my return soon.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying at Oasia Suites. The staff were quick to respond to our queries, and were attentive. The shuttle service provided was also quite useful during our six-day stay. The room that we got was spacious and the amenities provided were great: a kitchenette with a pan and a pot with the necessary cutlery and plates, glasses and bowls; a fridge; an electric kettle; a microwave oven, a washer/dryer - basically everything you'd need to create a home away from home. The gym was also well-equipped and the infinity pool was clean and provided a great view. Our daughter joined us much later in our stay, and their house-keeping staff, having noticed an extra occupant (maybe it was the shoes, or bag) provided an extra bottle of water and towel for our use without us having to ask. The hotel is located in a safe but quieter street just off the main road (Jalan Raja Chulan) and they are some good eating options less than a five-minute walk away. The KLCC Tower is about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk away. So is Hard Rock Cafe at the Concorde Hotel. KL Tower is just behind. The GO KL (a free bus service that goes to various places of interest around the city) is just at the turning of the road that leads to the hotel. This free bus service runs very frequently and it's a great means of getting around the city centre. Just be ready to squeeze in with the locals who also use the service during peak hours.

Very Good
Solid but not stunning
The location was near perfect! Many things you'd want to do in the city are either a 10 minute walk(like pavillion, patronus towers) or 25 minute walk(central market). There was places to eat and drink right outside the hotel. It was a big hotel (it seemed the first floor that had rooms was floor 11?) so it took a while for them to clean everything. The bed was pretty hard, we could feel the springs. The pool was incredible, great after a hot day!
