This place is dog friendly. We had are dog and where able to sit outside and have cocktails and meals. They even brought a bowl of water for our dog. Views are lovely. The food at the lodge was absolutely delicious! I had shrimp cocktail. pan seared grouper with a lemon caper sauce and a house salad with blue cheesešŸ˜‹ Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice linens. Room had a nice table and chair set Balcony had a small table and chair set. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

I never received a key to my room the carpet needed to be cleaned and the restaurant was closed that night due to power outages but this place was incredible absolutely amazing

My daughter, granddaughter and myself visited for a girls weekend. We enjoyed our lake view room. The room smelled clean and looked well maintained except for the carpet. There are so many stains. It might be time for some new carpet.

We only encountered two problems. The buffet was expensive for what food was offered on it. And then the air conditioner in our room would not turn up so it was so cold you couldnā€™t get comfortable. They didnā€™t have any extra blankets to give us so that was kind of a letdown.
