We had an excellent stay and with an excellent service. Fantastic location, a bit difficult for parking as we did not reserve in advance. we recommend it if you do not look for a place too fancy. Excellent welcome by a bright, polite and efficient young team!

Underrated hotel in Troyes
This hotel is batting well above a two star rating. Room 1 was spacious and had a large four poster bed. Superb en suite with double sinks and shower. Breakfast was very good French style. There is car parking secure opposite but there is a public car park around the corner if you can’t get in. It’s on a side road to the man street and was a little noisy but the double glazing fixed that.

Loved the history, location etc. but Expedia didn’t give us opportunity to book parking and we ended up two blocks away. There is no a/c and the fan was broken told we would get one in 5 min but never did. We had to ask for breakfast items to be filled up. Loved the place and city.

One night stay in Troyes
Hotel is a beautiful old and quirky building in central Troyes. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. On-site parking was full but we found on-street parking nearby. The room was very hot at night even though we were provided with two fans, so sleep quality was not good.
