I like the bar and restaurant. This will be my last stay here at the hotel. I have gotten bed bug bites all over from staying there for 2 nights. I am now treating my apt in case they got in my luggage or clothing. No thank you.

A little hickup!
Was excellent up until the point I was “accused” of booking an extra night and how would I pay! When I said I didn’t book an extra night and the credit card number they gave me wasn’t mine, they still didn’t believe me, in fact they insisted on using CCTV to identify the person how it really was as I wasn’t in the hotel at the time. It was finally sorted but no apology! Disappointed as I have stayed a few times now in this hotel and it has been excellent.
