Shame of a Marriott hotel
Service is anything but 5 stars, so is the comfort and cleanliness of this old hotel. Ants in the room in the 15th floor. The staff overall is just unprofessional, housekeeping slams doors in the middle of the night, special requests cannot be handled properly. The rooms are not sound isolated. WiFi is limited to 2 Mbit/s unless you upgrade to "premium WiFi" for 50 Ringgit per day! And premium speeds are still ridiculous. All in all, this hotel is a shame to be called a Marriott or even for Autograph collection, worst of the chain we ever stayed.

Best service!
The service was beyond excellent. They arranged a taxi service for us to visit Batu Caves for a really good price. The bed was prepared for sleeping and they put water bottles on our nightstands late afternoon. And also when we asked them to print our flight ticket, they brought it up to the room. Not only service, but the room was amazing and spacious. Completely recommended!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were great and rooms were amazing. The whole bathroom was marble. Free shuttle service to center KL was great. Hotel was 5 mins from central train station, so very easy to get to from the airport. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting KL.
