Definitely, not a Casino Resort
The service staff at the hotel did not seem to understand that they were working in the hospitality industry. Lots of staff standing around and slow to no service. And over priced. For the price of the room, a room marketed as having two queen size beds, should have queens, not fulls. The unsecure commentary internet was a joke. I'm just glad, I planned on not really working during my visit. The sports bar only service beer and wine which is all good and fine, but is you want to hear a game on one of their 20 TVs, it is out of the question. And a tiny, little pool.

Not perfect, but fixable!
I'ma frequent week-long client at this resort. Always have pleasant stays. This trip the heater fan was clicking so the first night was rough. Told the front desk-- nothing resolved. Reported it again the second morning. They notified Engineering and offered to let me change rooms. Engineering soldered the fan and problem was resolved!

Exceptional
Nice comfortable room
Nice clean room. The service in the restaurant is slow and not worth the price. The food in the casino isn't bad or there are plenty of places to eat in Pocatello.

Front Desk is a circus
The hotel was really clean and really nice but the front desk staff had no idea what they were doing. I booked 8 rooms through hotels.com and I had to put all 8 rooms under different names. Then when I got to the hotel they refused to let me pay for all 8 rooms under my name. They also charged me $100 per room for incidentals and I was not made aware of that charge when I booked the rooms. Finally, when I got back home I had been double charged for all the rooms and had to fix those charges through my bank because I simply didn't trust that they would be competent enough to fix the problem.
