Riad is not accessible by car, you have to walk 5-10 mins. Otherwise we were happy with stay. The staff are really helpfull and nice. Room was clean, but it could be repaired in places, and could use a shower curtain. I do recommend the place.

Staff friendly and the Riad very good and clean but the staff are overbearing in marketing their facilities and what's available. I will love to comeback but no longer in the Summer seasons - very hot outside for our comfort.

Great people and location
Amazing people in the perfect location. Right on the medina, but in a quiet neighborhood area. The employees were SO helpful, even running out to get us the coffee they brew there. The hammam was amazing. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend, but not perfect.
This place was a beautiful oasis from the hustle out on the streets. It's incredibly charming and the service is wonderful. But as you look around, there are just a lot of things left unkempt. Not dirty, just not fixed. And maybe I'm just bitter because we asked them to do a small bag of laundry and they charged 25 euro for it and then their conversion to local currency was unfavorable. And if you want to eat dinner there they charge 35 euro pp which is SO much more than eating out anywhere else and the excursions were also more than the ones we had previously booked. But really they were very nice, they let me stay a little longer when I was feeling very sick, and the place is incredibly charming. The location is great, as well, and wifi was excellent. I would recommend, but brave doing the extras on your own because their prices are inflated.

Excellent in every way
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’d give it a 10 out of 5 rating if I could. The location is really good. Centrally located to all the sights and taxis and a short walk to the square. The rooms are clean and the entire hotel is in excellent condition and well kept. There is a rooftop pool and hot tub with a Mountain View. Also as good as the hotel is I’d say the people that work there are even better. They are extremely helpful and will help you In every way they can. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Marrakesh and I will definitely be staying here every time I return as well.

It’s a bit deceptive. I was under the impression that this was a hotel. It is not. I only learned about what a Riad is after my visit to Riad Jona. With that said, Riad Jona isn’t actually a “Riad”, it is actually a Dar. Furthermore, the are(alley) leading to Riad Jona has people hanging in there sometimes. Especially around this particular Riad. And there’s a dumpster RIGHT outside the Riad. Now, the staff was very good. The room was sizable and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious. And it’s placed in good walking distance to the Jewish Square and the Souks. Basically right in the middle of the two. The WiFi was pretty good and the heat worked for the cooler nights. There were some bad things but the good outweighed them.

Great Location & Peaceful
The riad is located in a great location about 10 minutes from the “Big Square” ( Jemaa el Fna). Although it’s a quick walk to the square, the chaos of Marrakech is hidden as the riad is located off a side street. The riad is somewhat difficult to locate on your first visit since there are few landmarks and no streets name that I could find that indicate what side street to turn off of. It’s a little intimidating to walk through the narrow alley since it seems somewhat isolated. Kids are playing soccer in the alley and you walk through a short tunnel before arriving at the riad. The riad itself is beautiful and the people who work within the riad are also very helpful. You will be provided tea upon checking in. The rooms are beautiful and the surrounding is peaceful ( which will come in handy after a crazy day in the markets ). The bathroom is also very clean. One thing that was a bit unusual was that the bathtub did not have a shower curtain or door. This prompted me to use the hand shower while sitting rather than standing ( too messy if standing ). The bathrooms are furnished with a hair dryer, shampoo , soap and showering gel. The bed is comfortable and there is sufficient room to spread out. It is very quiet and peaceful in the room. The breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes , cheese and a selection of breads are served. Everyone is very accommodating and overall the riad is a wonderful experience. I would recommend this Riad Jona.

A++ Clean, friendly, close to everything!!
This was me and my wife's first time in Morocco and I had no idea what to expect. After 24 hours is travel, we got out of our taxi into an unknown chaos, led down a multiple alleys. Going inside the riad e encountered peace, calm, and cleanliness, and were greated by incredibly friendly staff. Everything was beyond our expectation! A big thanks to Zacharia and Khalid, both of whom made this visit so special. We're both very excited to return already, and will definitely stay here again!
