Untrained & unprofessional staff
The room it self was clean, but the bed was to hard for us, had to go down to get extra pillows and blanket. Because it was never brought up after waiting for a few hours. And even though we paid for our rooms in full on Hotels.com they charged us again even after telling them we already paid. Gave us the run around from 30min after check in till 2 days later at check out and it's 3 days later and still no word from them on the refund of the over charge. The lady that checked us in messed up and tried to play it off, the manager that next morning took my info but never got back with me and at check out the manager on duty made it clear it was the other managers problem, took my info and said they will be in touch. The only reason I left was because my wife had surgery that morning. And I'm still waiting to hear back.

I waa disappointed our bathroom hadnt been restocked before we got there. I needed to ask for towels and soap. The room was dusty, thr coffee maker was broken, and the microwave was missing the plate. Thr front desk staff was very friendly and quick to help with the towels. I asked for the room to be cleaned with the 24 hour notice they request and it wasnt. None of these things on its own is an issue, just a slightly disappointing experice from a Hilton.

The staff was rude. The restaurant food was horrible. French toast was soggy and the omlet was nasty and the potatoes that came with it was soggy. The description and pictures of the property is absolutely nothing what you actually get. For the price I paid for the weekend definitely did not reflect what I actually got. I will never stay here again. I travel a lot and this has got to be the worst. Itclaim to be a star hotel and excellent ratings, truthfully i think the staff must give the ratings. Do not stay here. Its not worth it

Worst Atlanta Stay Ever
The heat did not work (45 degrees outside)) !!! Called the front desk and was told maintenance doesn’t come in until morning… maintenance never came !! Had to request extra blankets, only offered to waive valet charge … manager not on duty for most of morning and front desk clerk said it wasn’t they could do since I used a 3rd party for booking … not pleased at all… worst stay ever in atlanta
