Good location and friendly staff
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and good except missing a night stand on one side of the bed. The room service and a/c controls are strangely located 2 feet off the floor. The room had a window but only a view of a building 3 feet away. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom needs to be updated, the tub shower combo is old and the shower head is too low as I had to duck to get under the shower though I'm only 5'9". The hotel location is close to everything.

I’d be 5 star all the way on EdenStar — cleanliness, location, breakfast buffet, etc. — were it not for the extremely rigid cancellation policy. My 2 friends had visa and weather issues, and got in 2 days late, but the hotel was inflexible on the deposit on the rooms, even though informed 2-3 days in advance.
