Fantastic Amalfi villa
We had a lovely ocean-view room with a balcony. The room was clean and the owner and her family was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the fresh figs and lemonade as well as the breakfast each morning.

HIkers View
The hike that was required to arrive at the hotel was difficult. We are in good shape and it was hard especially with bags. In fact once you are there you don't want to go anywhere else because it requires so much exertion. The view is spectacular. The food fresh and wonderful! Our hostess is happy to accommodate. But know in advance there are some extras. One large baggage valet is 20E round trip. And the dinner was 30E each, That was with out the main course fish.

Lovely! But beware of many stairs!
Overall, this was a lovely stay. We came later in the evening, and so were asked to only bring a small bag to the room so that the team could fetch our luggage in the AM. We understood why when we got there - 120 steps (12 floors of stairs) need to be climbed to get up to the hotel from the nearest street! Whew. The property was full of fruit trees and gardens, and had a really wonderful view. The breakfast was made from the fresh produce found on the grounds, which made for an authentic experience. Dinner and lunch are also available, though not necessarily economical (though again, fresh). Our only complaint with this stay (3 nights) is that we were asked to switch rooms after the first night to accommodate another couple who had requested the room and were staying for longer. This was a little bit of an inconvenience. That being said, Rina (host) was lovely and overall it was a nice experience.
