Nice location and clean, spacious room
Good location to travel, close to train stations, many good restaurants and convenient stores to shop for food, safe to walk around at night, but many young girls are standing on the street dressing like maids for maid cafe which is famous in that particular town, so parental advisory may need when you are with young children, but over all the room was clean and spacious for our family of 3. We really enjoyed our stay at the 1/3. The only problem was that it was not easy to find the place first. No sign or clear directions were given. Once we got to the check-in office, we found that we needed to move to the different building for our stay. On that day, it was so hot, and we were so exhausted with the heat and walking around to find the hotel with our heavy luggages. We wish the directions on how to get there could be more clear and I wanted to know that we needed to move to another building in advance.

Convenient
Just a stone throw from Suehirocho station, walkable to Akihabara. 7/11 and 24-hr restaurant nearby. So convenient.

Terrible Terrible Terrible
AVOID this place like the plaque!!! 1. Check in process is a nightmare, you have to look for the place, the check in office is only open from 3 PM to 9 PM, and if you miss that time, you're out of luck and need to stay someone else. 2. You have to basically haul your luggage into the reception located on the 6th floor, only to learn that they will tell you that you are not staying in that building. You will be given a pre-selected (by them) residence, which is approximately 10-20 minutes (if you don't get lost) away from the building that you just checked in. I asked the guy how I am going to get there, and he basically said you WALK there and you're on your own, and it's not his problem. As a tourist, i really didn't appreciate that. 3. When you reach your residence building that is 20 minutes walk away from the check in reception building, you have to HAUL your luggage up. There was NO ELEVATOR, and you have to carry your luggage up one by one, with no one to help you. 4. The cleaning is only limited to once every 5 days, so don't expect replenishment of toiletries, cleaning supplies, facial tissue etc. You're on your own again. 5. The surrounding of the hotel, it was right beside the subway station, so you can hear the SUBWAYs zipping pass left and right and back and forth, and it was VERY loud making sleep almost impossible. So, caution here, AVOID this place at all cost. Pay a little more for a real hotel. This place is the worst.

Worth a Try
Location is great. However, the office, which is located in a different part of town, and the service aparment are not easy to find. I highly recommend arriving before 9pm so the staff can bring you to your service apartment. Once acclimated, the stay was fine. Location was close to the train station. The service apartment was rather roomy for Japan. Staff was very friendly and will address any problems but keep in mind there isn't 24 hour service.

A refreshing experience, 3-min walk from akihabara
Had a bit of hiccup during check-in when they couldn't find my booking, but was soon resolved. Check-in office location is not ideal, can be quite hard to find if you're a foreigner traveling to Japan for the first time. Check-in office is a small flat located (temporarily) on top floor. Room is just a short walk from the office, but has no lift access. All of which makes it inconvenient if you're traveling with family/elderly and their luggages. Also what it doesn't say on here is that you will need to complete their own online check-in procedure and pay in advance through their paypal account before checking-in. On the plus side though, room is very clean and modern as advertised. All toiletries are included. Also washing machine with complementary washing liquid is a big plus too. And the room is very close to centre of akihabara, and JR Akihabara station, which is just 2 stations away from Tokyo Central and Ueno, which has super express train straight to Narita airport. So to conclude, if you are a frequent traveler to Japan and you're looking for something different and don't mind the hassle. This is perfect. But for first time traveler or if you're traveling with big group, for the same price it might be a better idea to go for one of the more traditional hotels.
