Impressive up-and-coming hotel!
This is a very up-and-coming new downtown hotel. Beautifully designed rooms and bathroom. It hosts a cool bar in the lobby area. Also there is ample room to park your car in a garage connected by elevators and a catwalk. We loved it!

Great hotel in a great location
Loved the hotel! It was very trendy and comfortable! The location was amazing! You are within walking distance of everything without being right in the center of all the noise! Plus islts pet friendly! My dog had a good time too! But watch out for parking, it's expensive. I wish they would cut a deal with the garage for hotel guests

Nice Hotel but not up my alley.
We didn't end up staying here as I wanted a more upscale place to stay, it is a modern hotel but the rooms felt like a school dorm setting, it wasn't what I was looking for so the management was extremely helpful and canceled my reservation for free and without penalty. I was very grateful and they suggested another hotel that I was extremely happy at.

Good place for fun, but not for pure relaxation
I've stayed at this property a few times, and I love the gallery theme. It's a fun and energetic atmosphere with a comfortable, modern feel. I have to be honest though, every room I've booked has had cleanliness issues-- namely food scraps from previous guests (ketchup ring on a table, clump of rice UNDER the 'blanket-strip' on the bed). It's not a great feeling to pay a premium price for a 'briefly cleaned' room. The check-ins have been hit and miss in terms of finding my reservations, but the front desk staff has been nice each time. We got a standard king this time. While the room was comfy, I was surprised by how empty the walls looked for an "art hotel." It was pretty bare-bones/bleak on the walls but that's not a huge issue. The bed however was hard as a rock and for that reason, I don't think I could've done more than one night.
