Ravenna Mosaico apartment
Excellent value for our 2 night stay in Ravenna. The apartment was well equipped, quiet and comfortable, with tasteful decor. Excellent location, only a couple of minutes' walk from railway and bus stations, and 5-10 minutes into the centre of town. Some useful small shops en route, and local bars and pizzerias etc. The approach on foot is a bit offputting initially as this feels to be a slightly industrial area near the canal and bus station, but the usefulness quickly outweighs this. The website didn't do the apartment justice, and the Google map showed only the Mosaico hotel, a few minutes' walk away, where you need to register and pick up keys - this needs to be clarified. Otherwise, a great find.

Sketchy neighborhood, not even a real hotel
The "hotel" is actually an apartment building on the wrong side of the tracks. Hotels-com does not tell you that there is no reception there and that you must check in at a place about a kilometer away. The apartment building had people slamming doors all through the night but since there is no reception, who are you going to call about it? The air conditioner was not keeping up. An overall unpleasant experience.

Good apartment
Good space, well-equiped kitchen things, reserved parking just in front. Walking distance to town. Very good beds. A bit strange neighborhood, but not unfriendly. Unconvenient to check-in at the main hotel, 15 min walk away. Internet only by cable, but wifi in the main hotel.

L'appartamento affittato non era disponibile nella struttura scelta per 4 notti per cui ci è stato assegnato un appartamento in altra struttura. Quando abbiamo preso possesso questo era ancora in disordine e da pulire per cui ci è stato assegnato altro appartamento ..un'odissea. Quest'ultimo era addirittura più grande e pulito. Negli ultimi due giorni sono mancati i collegamenti per il wi-fi con problemi per me che l'utilizzo per lavoro. Nessuno è stato in grado di provvedere. Bello l'appartamento e lo stabile ma carente l'organizzazione.

Slechte informatie over bereikbaarheid. Adres voor receptie een andere dan het adres van het appartement en dat was niet meegedeeld. Een zoektocht dus. Niet erg vriendelijke receptionist. Uiterst sobere keukeninrichting. Gordijnen van appartement waren sleets. Goed bed en beddengoed en handdoeken.

Мы с мужем провели один день в отеле "Мозаика", Номер был вполне комфортабельный, вежливость и заботливость персонала заслуживают высокой оценки. Местоположение отеля сначала показалось несколько удаленным, однако мы смогли за одинн день осмотреть все основные памятники Равенны. Будем рады остановиться в этом отеле еще раз.
